Leave Management

The DATABASICS Leave Management section allows system administrators to define leave accrual process and rules to correspond with employment classifications. This is a rules engine that accommodates wide variety of methods for accruing leave time and automatically updates employee's available benefit time, such as vacation, personal and sick time once the rules are configured.
