Utilities

The Utilities menu is a search engine for Timesheets, Expense Reports, Credit Card Transactions, Advances, Prepaid expenses, Vendor Reports, Employee Work Schedule  that allows the administrators to look up data using various search parameters, allows access to printable versions of Timesheets and Expense Reports. Some of the functions include:

• Print Timesheets, Expense and Vendor Payment Reports
• Change the status of Timesheets, Expense and Vendor Payment Forms
• Route to another approver
• Close the Timesheet or Expense Report
• View unapplied Credit Card transactions
• Search for Prepaid and Advance Transactions
• View Employee Work Schedules
