The utilities menu allows the admin to access printable versions of Timesheets and Expense Reports. From this menu, the admin can:

  • Print Timesheets or Expense Reports
  • Change the status of Timesheets or Expense Reports
  • Route to anther approver
  • Close the Timesheet or Expense Report
  • Change passwords
  • View Credit Card transactions
