NoName/Winmail.dat attachments being attached to sent Emails

Problem

Users are unable to attach their expense reports when emailing their expenses to DATABASICS. Emails contain NoName/Winmail.dat attachments.

Solution

In order to successfully email expense reports to DATABASICS, please ensure the settings below are configured.

  1. In Microsoft Outlook, browser to File→ Options→Mail. Ensure the 'HTML' option is set under Compose messages.

       2. In the Office 365 Microsoft Exchange center, browse to Mail Flow→ Remote Domains. Edit the properties for your domains and make sure that the 'Follow user settings' is checked.

           Note: You will need your Office 365 Admin team to help make this setting change
