Employee unable to create expense report

Problem

We have an issue with an employee being unable to create an expense report inside DATABASICS.

The employee  logs into DATABASICS and clicks on the button to create an expense report but nothing happens.  Is there something wrong with their account that is preventing them from initiating a report?

Solution

The first think you need to check if the report types are active and assigned to the user. If you restrict report type, then that means that user has no report types assigned to him/her to create and expense report. To check if the report type is assigned to that specific user by either department or employee type, please access the admin module and then access the Expense --> Report Type setup and review the assignments.
