How to reset an employee password in DATABASICS?

Answer

User passwords can be reset in Databasics as long as SSO or SAML active directory integration is not being used. If one of these options are being used the passwords are maintained outside Databasics and are synced with company's active directory password. If your company is not using this integration option users can reset their passwords at the login page. If they require administrator assistance in resetting a password, administrators can do the following:
1. Click on Admin
2. Click on Organizations to expand it
3. Click on Employee
4. Find the employee you want by either
1. Entering either their first or last name in the search box at the top next to the magnifying glass and the word Reset.
2. Entering search criteria in the Advanced Search on the right hand side of the screen.
5. Click on the employee.
1. Click on Login Info after you select the employee.
2. Enter a new password where it says Password.
3. Retype that password where it says Confirm.
4. Give the password a duration to expire where it says Password Duration.
5. In the Failed Attempts box, state how many attempts the user has to try to log in to the application before it locks the user's account.
6. Click Save.
