How do I delete a mobile device from my profile or have issues with resetting my pin?

Problem

Mobile device is no longer valid or having trouble resetting the mobile pin.  

Solution

  1. Login to the web application (Desktop Version)
  2. Click on your name on the top right hand corner
  3. Click on “My Preferences”
  4. Click on “My Devices”
  5. You will see a list of all the devices associated with your login.
  6. Click on the trash can icon to delete the device.
  7. If you have issues with your pin, delete the device and click on Forgot PIN from the app login screen.
