How do I delete a mobile device from my profile or have issues with resetting my pin?
Problem
Mobile device is no longer valid or having trouble resetting the mobile pin.
Solution
- Login to the web application (Desktop Version)
- Click on your name on the top right hand corner
- Click on “My Preferences”
- Click on “My Devices”
- You will see a list of all the devices associated with your login.
- Click on the trash can icon to delete the device.
- If you have issues with your pin, delete the device and click on Forgot PIN from the app login screen.
