Why are my employees not seeing round trip when using Google Maps to map mileage with more than 2 address stops?

If there is more than 2 addresses on the trip, we do not show ‘round trip’ as an option for a reason.

• A → B route roundtrip available.
• A → B →C route round trip is not available here is the explanation:   If user goes from point A → B, 10 miles, then point B → C 10 miles, then point C → A  5 miles, using  round trip would be 20 x 2= 40 miles. That actual trip would have been only 25 miles. So, If there is more than 2 addresses on the trip, we do not show ‘round trip’ as an option.   So the user would need to provide the actual route for round trip when it is more than two addresses as we stated in the example above.   So the user needs to provide the following: A→ B→ C → A as round trip back to A.
