How to change my Login ID on My Mobile App?

If your Login ID is changed by your organization and you have a registered app with the old Login ID, please follow the instructions below to obtain access to the application.

Option 1: Reset your DATABASICS Mobile PIN

Open the DATABASICS app and click on the left hand corner
Select Logout in the submenu.
On the Login page , select the Forgot PIN option. Once selected, the application will prompt you to provide your Login ID. Make sure you provide your new Login ID and the application will send you a Temporary PIN to register the App.

Option 2: Delete and re-install DATABASICS App.

iPhone/iPad devices

Delete DATABASICS app and redownload it from the Apple store. Launch the app on your device.
The app will prompt you for an e-mail address. Please provide an e-mail address associated with your user profile in DATABASICS.
Once you enter the e-mail address, you will be e-mailed an activation code. Enter this activation code in the app when it prompts you for it.
Provide your Login ID and click Register. The application will send you a temporary PIN to your email address.
Enter temporary PIN from the email and choose your new PIN to finish the Mobile Registration process.

Android devices clear the cache and data using the below instructions.

From the home screen, swipe up or down to access the App Screen.
Touch Setting.
Touch Apps.
Locate DATABASICS App in Apps.
Click on Storage & Cache
You will find an option to Clear Cache and Storage please go ahead and click it.
Start the app and start the process to activate it.
Once you enter the e-mail address, you will be e-mailed an activation code. Enter this activation code in the app when it prompts you for it.
Provide your Login ID and click Register. The application will send you a temporary PIN to your email address.
Enter temporary PIN from the email and choose your new PIN to finish the Mobile Registration process.
