Is there a thumbprint or face recognition authentication available on mobile apps?

It's a feature driven by the device (for both Android and IOS), but if on first install it may have been disabled at the device level if the user said 'Don't allow' on the fingerprint or face authentication prompt. If this has happened, the user may need to go into the device's settings to 'allow' the touch or face id option manually. Depending on the device, iOS or Android, the steps are different. If you can let us know which device is in use we can help share how to enable this feature at the settings level.

FYI one of the Face/id or finger print will be enabled and I see from your previous comments that you see the face id
