Validation Log

The validation messages appear on an expense report when a policy or a rule set by an administrator is violated. Different level of validation flags may appear depending on the level of significance set by an administrator.   

 High Warning  = Allows the report to be released, but the importance of the validation is high.

 Warning = Allows the report be released.

 Error = An update and or change will need to be made before the report can be released

 Information Only = Allows the report to be released. The validation attached is for information to either the user or and approver.
