Mobile Registration
To start using DATABASICS Mobile or Web Apps, have your system administrator contact DATABASICS Support at support@data-basics.com to request access.
Once access has been set up and the app has been downloaded:
- Download the DATABASICS application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store
- Launch the app on your device
- For registration the app will prompt you for an e-mail address. Please provide an e-mail address associated with your user profile in DATABASICS. If you are not sure what your e-mail address within DATABASICS is, please ask your system administrator to provide you with that information (note: it should be the e-mail address that you receive DATABASICS related e-mails to)
- Once you enter the e-mail address, you will be e-mailed an activation code. Enter this activation code in the app when it prompts you for it to finish the registration process
- Once the registration is complete you will be prompted to log into the DATABASICS application
- If applicable you can set the preferred language as follows:
- Press the Current Language: English link per the screenshot below:
b. select the preferred language from the drop down list of options:
7. Continue to log in to the app as you would in the desktop version of the application. If your company is using a single sign on authentication on the web-application, you will be prompted to set a pin to log in, otherwise use your web-application user ID and password.
