Android unable to reactivate the app against a different site?

Android devices caches the configuration, if you re-install the app you still need to clear the cache on the device.   Here are the steps to clear the cache.

Clear Cache Only for  ‘DATABASICS’ app. The steps are:

  1. From the home screen, swipe up or down to access the App Screen.

  2. Touch Setting.

  3. Touch Apps.

  4. Locate DATABASICS app in Apps click it.

  5. click on Storage & Cache

  6. You will find an option to Clear Cache please go ahead and click it.

  7. Start the app and start the process to activate it.
