Submitting a Timesheet

Once you have completed your timesheet and are ready to submit, click the Submit button to begin the release process. 

 1: Validation Error 

If any policies have been violated and requires action, you will receive a pop up window like below. On the bottom half of the timesheet, a list of validation errors will be shown with a line reference. Make the appropriate changes on each line that has an error. Once changes have been made you can either click on the validate button , refresh button , or click on Submit.

2: Validation Warning

If any policies have been violated and there are warning messages, you will receive a pop up window like below. You will need to acknowledge the warning message(s) by clicking the box next to "I have reviewed warning(s)" and then click on Confirm to continue.

If you wish to set the current timesheet to auto-fill any new timesheets, select the corresponding check box. This will save all the lines with projects and hours charged to them to your Favorites list. This will also auto-populate the next new timesheet you open with the lines the same lines.

3: Confirmation

If no policies have been violated the timesheet can be submitted. Once you have verified the timesheet is accurate click on Confirm to proceed.

If you wish to set the current timesheet to auto-fill any new timesheets, select the corresponding check box. This will save all the lines with projects and hours charged to them to your Favorites list. This will also auto-populate the next new timesheet you open with the lines the same lines.

Only timesheet lines that have both a WBS/OBS structure and hours charged will be saved to your Favorites and be used to pre-populate future timesheets. Lines with no hours charged or lines with indirect time codes (such as Sick, Vacation, or Holiday) will not be saved or used to pre-populate a timesheet.
