When an expense approver is setting up their Out of Office approver, are they only able to select other approvers that approve expenses?

When an expense approver is setting up their Out of Office approvers, they are only able to select approvers that approve expenses or both time and expense. They will not be able to select an approver that only approves time. (Verified with Development)
