Push Notification Option

As of Version 6.1.1 there is an option to enable push notification on the mobile app. This allow users to receive notification on rejection, approval and managers whenever they have reports or timesheets in their approval queue. Push Notification is configured at the system level & end user level.

To enable this feature for system:

1. Expand the Security menu option
2. Click on T&E Access
3. Select a role where you would like to enable the push notification.
4. Click on Assign Access
5. Click on Add
6. Click the box next to "Allow users to enable Push Notification on mobile devices"
7. Click on OK to save.
8. If there are more than one role you would like to add this to, the same steps above will need to be done for each role.
9. Once this has been enabled for each role, the user will see an additional option available on their mobile app like shown below.
