How do I update the email sender address for email notifications?

Problem

The email address notifications are coming from look like spam. How can I update the email address so it seems to be coming from our company?

Solution

This can be updated in the scheduled Email queue sender.

1. Go to Admin → Job Schedule → All Scheduled Job

2. Select the Email Queue Sender (the name may slightly vary on each set up)

3. Click on the “Action Flows” tab

4. Click on the “EmailQueueSender”

5. The sender email can be updated at the bottom.

6. Click on “Save”
