Question: Why am I not able to assign or duplicate a profile from the action drop down?

Answer: You will need to go to Security->Role Manager and find the role you want to allow to assign and duplicate profiles. Then go to the ‘Accesses’ tab, click ‘Add’, then filter to ‘Data Piping’ and select ‘Data Piping Assign Profile Task No Restriction.’
