Adding Attachments to Report Using Mobile Application

The Attachments page allows you to view or upload a attachment to an Expense Report.

 

To upload an attachment:

  • Click on the Options

  • Click Attachments

  • You will be prompted to add your attachment, and you will see three options

    1. Browser from your device - After tapping the icon, you’ll see several options for adding an attachment. You can browse and choose from the following:

      1. Photo Library: Browse your device’s to select a saved photo of the attachment

      2. Take Photo: Open your camera to take a new photo directly within the app

      3. Choose File: Browse through your device’s storage to choose documents or other types of files

    2. Camera - Take a photo of the attachment directly within the app

    3. Browser receipt repository(#)  - To access your receipt repository and attach receipts that you may emailed them or saved in your repository.

  • If you select your image from your device or take a picture of it you will be prompted to crop the image in the Image Cropper screen

  • Once you have cropped the image click Done

  • Add a Label for this attachment

  • Click Next

Now your receipts have been added to your report
