Updates and Fixed  

Admin & General

  • TE-10055 - Email From Sender should also include the name for Example DATABASICS <noreply@data-basics.net> so the users see DATABASICS
  • TE-10064 - Admin - Clock Editor Display the Time zone of the actual timesheet/user and let the manager correct the clock based on the user display not the manager.
  • TE-10050 - Admin - Clock Editor - Improve the clock edit to provide more options to the admin to modify clocks or enter missed clock
  • TE-10073 - Missing Timesheet Utility - Unable to send email to multiple users we get ERROR-MissingParameter: emplyId
  • TE-10080 - Admin All Profile Task - Add additional filters such as Owner of Profile, Published Yes/No and Job Id
  • TE-10093 - Ability to upload receipts or attachment in a Zip file type.
  • TE-9948 -  Provide the ability in Admin to access user preferences

 Expense

  • TE-10053 - Mobile - Credit Card 'Apply' should not have Recurring Charge option.
  • TE-10056 - Mobile - Mobile expense cover page does not allow user to adjust dates if the report contains expenses.
  • TE-10057 - Mobile - Total Mileage/rate should show at expense list and read only view.
  • TE-10047 - Expense copy approval from TA - include expense type to compare between TA and ER.
  • TE-10072 - Expense Approval - Missing Working Operating Unit, and Department from the approval approval list.
  • TE-10078 - Mobile - Mileage expense get nullPointerException if unit label is disabled.
  • TE-10085 - User attachment window got cut off when in a small screen with low resolution.

Time

  • TE-10061 - My Timesheet - On home page show 2 future timesheets , 1 current and 2 pervious timesheets and also based on the system options.
  • TE-10054 - Mobile - Save and draft should show for user/proxy even if access right does not exist 'Allow Save & Exist as Draft once timesheet is submitted/rejected- By Owner'/Proxy.
  • TE-10069 - Timesheet Printout - Clock In/Out on the should always show in employee owner time zone not login user.
  • TE-10074 - Clock Proxy - Provide the ability to retrieve more than 20 on a page as we do for approval page.
