Shared Functionality

• Added additional bottom toolbar navigation on both Mobile Time and Expense.

Expense & Vendor Payment

• Auto-Creation of expense reports for P-Card Recuring charges.   New Recuring configuration setting is available for admin to setup the expense types that maps to a specific vendors charge.  

• Display Expense Report Status counters for better visibility and faster access.

• Display Remaining cash advance balance on user's home page.

• Vendor payment -  Receipt EXPRESS now support vendor payment report creation. 

• Improve the city search queries to retrieve the nearest matches city on top of the return results.

Time and Leave Management

• New module to support State & Federal Meal & Rest Break Tracking by Location.

  • Ability to setup rest or meal schedule to require users to take breaks based on the number of works worked in shift.

  • Ability to set validation to require uses to provide a waiver note if they are not planning to take their required breaks.

  • Schedules and validation will be based on a specific locations and reporting periods.

• Clock In/Out Improvements

  • Display Last Activity clocked out.

  • One-click clock in from last clocked out activity.

  • One-click clock out form the home page

  • Break Meals and Rest clock in/out tracking.

• Time In/Out Entry improvements:

  • Ability to add notes from the Time In/Out Entry.

  • Increased the time in/out entry from 6 entries to 25 Time in/out entries.

  • Break Meals and Rest time in/out tracking.

• New two new T&E Access for Approvers and Proxy to fully edit the timesheet hours and clock entries include WBS:

  • Enable Time Clock In/Out Edit - Proxy Ability to Modify Clock In/Out and full access

  • Enable Time Clock In/Out Edit - Approver Ability to Modify Clock In/Out and full access

• Display Timesheet Status counters for better visibility and faster access.

• Leave Management

  • Additional for different types of accruals based on fixed or variable accrual rates.

  • Support Limit COMP accrual by number of hours worked by period / multiple periods (e.g. 40 hours weekly / 80 hours per biweekly payroll) – COMP time with limit per period for example:

    • If user worked 10 hours – accrual is 5 hours of COMP Time

    • If user worked 20 hours– accrual is 10 hours of COMP Time

    • If user worked 39 hours – accrual is 19.5 hours of COMP Time

    • If user worked 40 hours  – accrual still 20 hours of COMP Time

• Overtime module – Additional improvement to support additional overtime and double time roles.

• Reporting Period date selection for time Proxy based on the specific reporting system setting.
