Updates and Fixed  

Admin & General

  • TE-10024 Alert Confirm fail to disable mask iOS14 cases users not able to submit their timesheets or expenses.
  • TE-10005 Admin - Approval Sequence in time and expense is a decimal instead of integer. 
  • TE-10023 Admin - Attachments are truncated in the preview

 Expense

  • TE-10004 Mobile -Wrong Expense Type Description when credit card has default expense type and user change the default expense type.

  • TE-10016 Expense - Set Min and Max Dates on the report cover page based on the Date Options by report type.

Time

  • TE-9981 Dashboard - Display Timesheet Start/End Date and Total Hours.
  • TE-9986 Mobile - timesheet view and daily view - Function label is not reading system options.
  • TE-9962 Timesheet option for Clock In/Out to restrict from editing time that is not PTO and Holiday.  Currently we have ability to edit the timesheet and NO  edit access the timesheet but that caused issues for PTO requests for customers utilizes Clock In/Out.  So now we have the following T&E Access options to support PTO Requests.
    • 'Enable Time Clock In/Out - Enable full timesheet edit'.  → This is the same as we have in 7.3 to clock in/out and edit the timesheet with no restrictions.
    • 'Enable Time Clock In/Out - Disable timesheet edit'     → This is the same as we have in 7.3 to clock in/out and Disable edit the timesheet
    • 'Enable Time Clock In/Out - Enable PTO & Holiday timesheet row edit'  → This is new, you could edit the timesheet but not the rows that are not PTO and Holiday time.  You could only add, delete and modify the hours for rows that are for PTO and Holiday.
  • TE-9977 Allow to Edit Posted Timesheets but only to edit not posted row/col or add a new row and not allow to delete posted row.  New T&E Access options for Poste Timesheet to allow the user, proxy or approve to access posted timesheet but only to add new rows or add hours for not posted dates.  Today we have the same options to edit posted timesheet but no restriction but now they can edit only the rows or columns that not posted.   There are the new T&E Access options.   So if someone asked you if we could lock specific rows or days from edit on a posted timesheet the answer is yes as of 7.4
    • 'Allow Owner to adjust posted timesheet to add new rows/hours'
    • 'Allow Proxy to adjust posted timesheet to add new rows/hours'
    • 'Allow Approver to adjust posted timesheet to add new rows/hours'
