Back end reporting data is held in predefined Domains. These domains are designed to group together columns to help facilitate the creation of common reports. A brief description of each domain as well as examples of the types of reports that can be created are below. Please note that reporting is not limited to the examples provided.
Expense Domains
- Expense Additional Fields: Allows you to create a report based on the additional fields added in the expense set up.

- Expense Advance Reconciliation:
- Expense Advance Reconciliation Fully Applied Only:
- Reporting based on Fully Applied advance type only
- Includes both applied and unapplied advances
- Allows you to create reports that show the status of advances within the system
- Examples:

- Advances by WBS (Project, Client, etc.)
- Expense Advance Reconciliation Partially and Fully Applied
- Similar to Expense Advance Reconciliation Fully Applied but includes Partially advance types
- If an advance has been applied to multiple expense reports, the approved advance amount may be shown more than once

- Expense Approval Summary: This domain displays the approval structure tied to an expense report.

- Expense Attendees by Expense Type: This domain allows you to create reports based on attendees added to an expense type as well as the pro-rated amount tied to each attendee.

- Average amount per attendees (including or excluding the report owner)

- Expense Attendee with Amount Allocation per Attendee: This domain is similar to the Expense Attendee Domain, however this reports against amounts spent per attendee as specified by the user.

NOTE: These reports are used for Sunshine Act Attendee Reporting.

- Expense Budget Domain: This domain allows you to report against expense budgets.

- Expense Credit Card Reconciliation: Allows you to create reports to assist in the reconciliation of Credit Card transactions.

- Credit Card Charges by Org Structure (Company/Department/Employee)

- Expense Custom Fields: This domain allows you to create reports displaying a breakdown of field usage. These reports will vary depending on the custom fields that were set up in the application. There are a maximum of 20 Header and 20 Detail fields that can be reported against. Examples:
- Merchant Usage Report (Airline/Rental Car/etc.)
- Required Explanation Report (if custom field is "Required Explanation")
- Expense Detail Charges at Line Item: Allows you to create reports based on the details at the expense line level. These details include amounts payable to the employee, amounts payable to the credit card company, personal amounts (non-reimbursable) and total amounts.

- Expense Posted Detail Transactions by Batch: The post domain shows the details of posted expense reports. It breaks the data down to the activity structure and displays which extract the transaction was posted to.

- Expense Post Summary Transactions by Batch : Similar to post domain, except data is summarized by Report total (instead of broken down by activity structure).

- Expense Work Flow Domain: This domain allows you to create reports that shows the history of the Expense Report. When certain actions were taken and by whom (created, released, rejected, approved, etc.).
