Favorite Addresses

Users can save frequently used addresses for mileage purposes. Users have the option to favorite an address in MapQuest and Google Maps within an mileage expense. The addresses can be managed in Favorite Addresses per user.

1. From the home page of the DATABASICS application on the top right-hand corner, click on your initials to view the drop-down menu options.
2. Select My Preferences.
3. Click on Favorite Addresses
4. Click Add
5. Enter in the following:
   
   1. Name of address
   2. Address
   3. City
   4. State
   5. Zip Code
   6. Country
   7. Active (Yes) or (No)
6. Click on Save
7. To delete a address, select the address line, click on Delete.
