From the home page of the DATABASICS application on the top right-hand corner, click on your initials to view the drop-down menu options.
Select My Preferences.
Go to Commute Mileage.
Click Add.
Choose today's Date.
Enter an Address, City, State, Country and Zip Code.
Enter or select your Work Address. The predetermined work addresses are created by the administrators.
The distance can be entered, or the system will auto-compute once you save.
Click on Save.
