General Observations

DATABASICS Administrator module is shared by Time and Expense modules. Thus the fields that are required for timesheet module may appear for Expense administrators and vice versa, even though a customer may only be using one or the other modules. If a field is required, some type of a default value must be provided even if it is not applicable to the time or expense configuration.
