Swiping Left/Right Feature on Mobile

When using a mobile application some of the functions are not visible on the immediate screen, but are available when swiping left or right of report or the line item.

From the expense reports list page for Proxy and End User:

Right to left swipe on the report the following functions are available:

• Delete
• Copy & Create a new report
• Send notification

Left to right swipe on the report

• View Audit Information PDF report for that line
• Print options.

When an expense report is open and in the edit process, expense line level for proxy and end user:

Right to left swipe on the expense line the following options should be available

• Delete
• Change an Expense Type (Depending on the system option.
• Itemize an expense

Left to right

• View Audit Information PDF report for that line

From the Expense Approval Screen:
Right to left swipe on the report the following options should be available

• Send notification
• Approve and Reject Option

Left to right swipe

• View Audit Information PDF report for that line
• Print options.

On the expense detail page when a report is open by an approver:

Right to left swipe on the line item the following options should be available

• Approve and Reject a line item.
