Welcome

The Administrator menu is available only to those users that have been set up with the appropriate security access rights. The administrator module of Time and Expense provides access to various maintenance screens, such as Organization and WBS Structures, Time and Expense module configuration, E-mail notifications, search tools, data import and export tools, etc.  

This guide is organized in the same order as the Administrator menu, with each heading corresponding to a function in the main menu.

There is additional documentation for certain Admin components, as well as guides for technical systems administrators and Time/Expense users and approvers.

*Please note some functionalities may be hidden in your Admin permission if it does not apply to your configuration.
