How do I get my favorites to copy over to the next timesheet?

Problem

My favorites from my current timesheet are not being copied over the the next timesheet.

Solution

There is a user preference where the employee could set the following:

Auto Populate lines from the Favorites for new timesheets:  Means whenever there are Favorites that are marked from the timesheet before, it will copy all the lines with hours > 0.When you open the new timesheet, it will auto-copy the Favorites.

Copy Lines to the Favorites on timesheet release:  If that set to Yes, then the system will take the lines that contains hours > 0 and mark them to auto-populate on the next timesheet.   

NOTE: If the user only adds projects to the favorite manually, it will not auto populate, the user will manually copy add the that project from favorite to the timesheet.
