• Enhancements made to both mobile and desktop platforms for smoother user experience.

• Admins can now attach images, and documents in addition to URL links to the Announcements page. 

Expense Reporting

• Ability added to replace linked Travel Authorization (TA) for reports based on TA. 

• Mobile app now automatically populates the starting odometer from the last recorded end, rather than the maximum value.

• Google Maps search now streamlines to allow searches with a single line input to lookup an address. 

Time and Leave Management

• Current clock-in information is now displayed on the dashboard.

• Leave Management - New Hire Fixed Rate is now supported.  This option is now accessible only if the method is set up for 'New Hire Fixed Rate' for both 'Absolute Value' and 'Percent' configuration.

• Admin Clock Editor - Now allows editing of the clock in/out dates.

• Admin Clock Editor - Now enables duplication of clocked-out entries with modifiable dates and time.

• Clock In/Out- Full edit on the timesheet in T&E Access the user will have ability to edit the clock and the hours.  

Timesheet Entry Improvement

• Timesheet rows now auto-save when adding notes.

• Timesheet - New policy requiring user to certify/re-submit if the timesheet created by Proxy.

• Timesheet - Display a note icon inside a cell when where a daily note exists.

• Scrolling functionality now activates only when hovering over the scrolling bar.

• Saved notes in Favorites are now appended to notes when inserting lines from Favorites.

• Timesheet grid inner cell note icon now appears when day notes are added to a specific day.

• DCAA Compliance - Adding hours for dates older than the previous day now requires a note when the time exceeds the specified threshold.
