Administrators can search for missing timesheets in the system, and speed their searches by filtering criteria. Once the missing timesheet is found, an administrator may send an E-mail to the timesheet owner, or print the entire list of results.
To Search for Missing Timesheets
- Expand Utilities.
- Click on Missing Timesheet.
- Enter any search criteria and Click Apply.
To Email User of Missing Timesheets
- Expand Utilities.
- Click on Missing Timesheet.
- Enter any search criteria and Click Apply.
- Select Missing Timesheet Row
- Select Action
- Select Send Mail
- Provide email message in Send Email Notification Notes popup
- Select Send
Note : Single or Multiple missing timesheet rows may be selected to send email(s)
