Viewing Scheduled Jobs

Normal: the job is scheduled
Running: the job is currently running
Complete: the job has been completed
Error: There was an error that occurred while scheduling or starting the job. Errors encountered while the report is running are not included.

To view the scheduled jobs for a specific report, click on the icon next to that report's name.

This page displays all of the jobs that you have access to, depending on your user-role. The Jobs page has the following headings:

Heading	Description
ID	The job's ID number.
Label	The title/description of the job as defined by the user who created it.
Owner	The user that created the job
State	The state of the job: Normal: the job is scheduled Running: the job is currently running Complete: the job has been completed Error: There was an error that occurred while scheduling or starting the job. Errors encountered while the report is running are not included.
Last ran at	The last time the job was run
Next run time	The next scheduled time for the job to be run

The Jobs page also has the following buttons:

Button	Description
Back	Returns you to the repository
Schedule Job	Opens the Jobs Detail page to create a new job
Run Now	Runs the report in the background
Refresh	Refreshes the jobs list
Remove	Deletes the selected job(s)
