If a user has a clock out entry but it needs to be updated this can be done in the Clock Editor.
- From the Admin menu expand the Time → Time Clock → Clock Editor links
- In the Filter window search by Status for timesheet sessions in the Clocked Out status.
- Click Apply to retrieve the results.
- Select a session by checking the checkbox on the left of the record
- Click the button. Make edits to any of the fields as applicable
- Enter in a note in the Admin Notes field. This field is required.
- Click Update
