Admin & General
- TE-8442 - Enable Filter in the Shared Address Details.
- TE-8500 - Enable Quick Search to Employee, WBS 1 to 4 setup screens.
- TE-8650 Admin Utilities- Allow multiple popups and link to same popup window if new row selected.
- TE-8659 Admin - Credit Card Utilities Template must be the name of the CC template (instead of ID)

Expense
- TE-8463 - Expense - Personal field should be hidden if the payment type is reimbursable to employee.
- TE-8290 - Expense Cover Page - Ability to configure the Start and End Date on the cover page with one of the following options:
- Disable Date Fields on the Cover Page
- Enable Only one date field on the cover page without default as today's date.
- Enable Only one date field on the cover page with default today's date.
- Two Date Fields without default as today's date and with no override by transaction Min/Max Dates.
- Two Date Fields without default as today's date and enable override by transaction Min/Max Dates.
- Two Date Fields with default as today's date and disable override by transaction Min/Max Dates.
- Two Date Fields with default as today's date and enable override by transaction Min/Max Dates. (Default)
Time & Leave Management
- New Leave Management Functionality
- Ability to assign a specific Leave method to the employee level.
- Ability to adjust accrued leave for unlocked periods.
- Ability to Pause Accrual for a specific employee for a specific period of time in case of Long Term Leave of Absence.
- Leave Bank is now supported for future adjustments or cash out of leave for a specific employee.
- Team Time Off - Ability to proxy in to your assigned group of employees to access their leave and request/adjust their level.
- Ability to set Accrual Year Start based on the Leave Method.
- Ability to set Disable/Enable Cumulative Accrual by Leave Method.
- Improve leave method assignments to support large organizations with multiple Leave Accrual Policies.
Standard Definition to the Leave Balance Columns:
- Starting Balance = Ending Balance from the previous period (Carry over included for beginning of the year)
- Bank Hours = The bank amount for that specific future period and it could be -/+
- Hours Taken = The Sum of Hours taken during that period.
- Base Accrual Rate = Based on the Leave Method it could prorated based on the configuration. That is the rate in the Method.
- Adjusted Balance = Manually +/- adjusted hours by admin.
- Accrued Hours = It is computed accrued hours based on the Base Accrual Rate such as fixed rate or prorated rate depending on the method and also Pause Accrual is included.
- Net Accrued Hours = Accrued Hours +/- Bank Hours +/- Adjusted Balance
- Ending Balance = (Starting Balance + Net Accrued Hours) - Hours Taken
- Unapplied Accrual Hours above limit = Any accrual above limit allowed it will be saved for later time once the balances goes below limit.
