DATABASICS Time and Expense Admin allows users to designate Favorites. Users can either do this within Admin, or they can add external favorites.

To add favorites within Admin:

  1. Go admin page you would like to add to your favorites.
  2. At the top in menu bar, there will always be a favorite icon .
  3. Once you click the icon, the page will now be in your favorites (First menu option on the left in Admin).

To add external favorites:

  1. Right mouse click on Favorites menu option on the left.
  2. Click on Add External Link.
  3. A pop up box will appear that is titled "New Favorite URL".
  4. In the Name field, enter the name that you want the website to be called (example: CNN).
  5. In the Url Address field, enter the URL of the website you want (example: http://www.cnn.com).
  6. Click Save.
  7. The new favorite will now appear under Favorites.

To delete favorites:

For favorites within Admin, you can go to the section that you marked as a favorite. The star will have a red minus sign instead of the green plus sign. Click the  icon.

For external favorites (or to quickly delete Admin favorites):

  1. Right click on the favorite you wish to delete (example: CNN).
  2. Click Delete.
  3. The favorite has now been removed from your favorites.
