As of Version 6.1.1 there is an option to enable push notification on the mobile app. This allow users to receive notification on rejection, approval and managers whenever they have reports or timesheets in their approval queue. Push Notification is configured at the system level & end user level. In order to see the Push Notification option, your site will need to have this option enabled.
- Once logged into your mobile app click on the menu icon
- If the option has been enabled for your site you will see the Push Notification Setup in the menu option.
- Click on Push Notification Setup
- There are four notifications that can be enabled:
- Notify on Fully Approved: User will receive a notification once their report or timesheet is approved.
- Notify on Rejection: User will receive a notification if their report or timesheet is rejected.
- Notify on Ready for Approval: Approvers will receive a notification when a report or timesheet is ready for their approval.
- Notify on Time In Out: User will receive a notification when the system auto stops the clock on the timesheet. This is only for those that have the Time In and Time Out feature enabled for timesheet.
- Once all notifications are enabled, click on Done.
