If you want to assign an ACH account to the vendor:
- Select the vendor and click ACH Accounts tab in the tool bar.
- Click the Add button in the toolbar.
- Fill in the following required fields:
- Effective Date* - Enter or select a date using the calendar that the ACH should start.
- Account No* - Bank account number.
- Routing No* - Bank routing number.
- Bank Name* - Name of the bank.
- Account Type* - Select either Saving or Checking
- Notes - Any notes you want to enter pertaining to the account.
- Active - Select Yes or No.
- Click the Save button to save the record.
