The Topic Page allows you to save these settings as a Topic to be used in future reports. This will allow you to create other reports using the same fields, filters and display names.
To save a Topic:
- Enter a name in the Ad Hoc Topic name field
- Do not change the Location. Saving to the default location allows you to access the Topic in the Topic Tab when creating a new report.
- Add a Description (Optional) to the topic.
Once finished, click on the Open Report button.
- If a Topic Name and has been specified, it will be saved in the Repository and be available as a Topic.
- The Ad Hoc Editor will open.
