The list of users assigned to any specific Admin Role or T&E Access group can be viewed as follows.

As a first step an access must be enabled to the screen that will allow administrators to view the list.

  1. To assign access from the Administrators menu expand the Security Role Manager links

  2. Select the admin role for which you would like to enable access

  3. in the bottom window pane press Accesses tab

  1. Click Add

  2. In the Access Select pop-up window select: Security Role Manager Read Only Lookup and Security TE Access Read Only Lookup by checking the checkboxes on the left of those options

  1. Press OK to insert the selections into the list of roles

Close the Administrator browser window and re-open it again

  1. Expand the Security → Role Manager links on the administrator menu

  2. Select any role. In the bottom window pane you will be able to see a new tab Users (Read Only). The list will display all of the users assigned to the selected role

To view the list of users assigned to any specific T&E Access:

  1. Expand the Security → T&E Access links on the administrator menu

  2. From the T&E Access screen, select any T&E role. In the bottom window pane you will be able to see a new tab Users (Read Only). The list will display all of the users assigned to the selected role:
