Time Attendance Log can be enabled in the User Preferences section per below and allows users to add the additional level of details to their timesheets hours, indicating the actual hours of attendance.

This information is used simply for tracking and reporting. Is not mandatory and there is no validation associated with the actual entries, it simply serves as notes.

To entr the attendance details on a timesheet. Click on the clock icon on the top right corner of the screen as indicated in the screenshot below:

In the Time Attendance pop-up window enter the actual time in and time out details. Please do not forget to select a correct date. Then select the time in and time out details from the corresponding drop down list, enter the hours on a break, is applicable, and click Save to save the changes.
