Admin & Mobile & API Hub

Expense

  • DATABASICS Hotel Folio Itemization Assistant with Advance OCR (Additional Cost to Enable this functionality)
    • Hotel Folio Itemization Assistant guides the user on how to itemize their folio receipt and simplifies hotel folio receipts by extracting the data from the receipt using OCR technology. The system will display the breakdown of all the charges such as Room Rate, Room Tax, Meals, Parking, etc. to the user. The user can click on each item and auto-fill the expense form for user confirmation until all the charges are fully itemized. Employees can email all receipts to be read by OCR in the background and auto match them to credit card transactions. This makes the process of applying the credit card charges and receipts much easier and faster for users to complete their expense report. Also the auto-matching helps auditors and approvers to complete and audit reports faster so that they can focus on the exceptions.   
    • New ability to email the receipts in advance and request for them to be read by OCR & auto-matched to the credit card transactions.
  • TE-8373 - Receipt EXPRESS now displays the linked credit card charge that matches the receipts.
  • TE-8373 - Credit Card EXPRESS displays the receipts that match the receipts already read by OCR.
  • TE-9800 - New ability to display WBS Charges on the report list for end users and approvers while they are viewing the list of expenses.
  • TE-9850 - Display currency symbol if it is enabled on all the modules. 
  • TE-9326 - Auto-link attached receipts that have already been read by OCR to the expense link level. 
  • TE-9366 - Mobile - New ability to create Vendor Payment Reports.
  • TE-9225 - Support for number of units for recurring charges in expense type setup.  
  • TE-9128 - Mobile - New ability to import attendees from another line on the same or different report.
  • TE-9547 - Expense Report List - Enable Preview for proxies and end users as we already do on the Expense Approval Screen.
  • TE-8577 - Mobile Mileage Entry - Provide an option for the user to skip Google Maps in case they just want to enter Mileage/KM directly without using Google Maps.

Time

  • TE-9789 - Time In/Out - Now supports up to six Time In/Out entries on signal row.
  • TE-9792 - Time Attendance - New Time Attendance Entry on the timesheet level to track daily log time in, out, break time etc.   
  • TE-9662 - Time In/Out Only - Support for Daylight Saving Time - Clock Forward will subtract one hour and Clock Backward will add one hour.
  • TE-9686 - Time Code Search - Include Search by Time Code, Name, and Time Code Group.
  • TE-9298 - Added support for any increment of time in Mobile & Desktop Time In/Out.
  • TE-9753 - Clock In/Out - New ability to switch between activities while you are clocked in.
  • TE-9809 - Timesheet Additional Fields - Provided the ability to configure additional field at the line level and display it in a form format. 
  • TE-9370 - Time Request Email Messaging - Email messaging for Release, Rejected and Approved specific for Leave Request
  • Crew Timesheet Entry for both Desktop & Mobile.

Ad Hoc Reporting

  • Updated user interface. This release includes a new look and feel that is crisp and easy to navigate. It
    keeps the familiar layout and provides updated icons, styling, and colors throughout the application:
    • The home page has a simpler layout with all BI tools in a single column and introduces a color-coding of features that is consistent throughout the application. For example, the green icon for finding reports on the home page matches the green icon for adding a report in the Dashboard Designer.
    • The pages for creating data sources have been streamlined and color-coded.
    • The Domain Designer has new icons for tables, fields, joins, sets, and others throughout.
    • The Report Viewer, Ad Hoc Designer, and Dashboard Designer are all updated with new icons, color coding, and matching styles so that viewing data is clearer and creating visualizations is simpler.
  • New color picker dialog. The Ad Hoc Designer and Dashboard Designer have a new color picker interface for specifying colors to match any palette where visualizations are embedded. The default color selections are expanded, and custom colors may be specified precisely with HEX or RGB entry options.
  • Colors in Ad Hoc charts. There are several new features in the Ad Hoc Designer that allow greater customization of chart colors. New UI properties allow the user to set the series color, the plot color, and the background color in charts that allow it.
  • Distinct values in Ad Hoc tables. Tables often contain columns that have duplicate values in many rows, making it difficult to find relevant data. The new distinct values selector in the Ad Hoc Designer hides the duplicate rows and makes tables shorter and easier to read. Note that tables with a totals row will not recalculate the total values when duplicate rows are hidden.
  • Referential Integrity for Domains. New configuration settings let you adjust how strictly Ad Hoc views and reports are checked against their underlying Domain. By default, fields and measures in a view or report that do not exist in the Domain will cause an error upon opening. Administrators can adjust the level of referential integrity to allow opening views and reports when Domain security causes missing items.
