Manually Attaching to Report either by uploading a picture or taking a picture by mobile device
On the Desktop:
Here is a video demonstrating how to Add Multiple Attachments at the Line Level on the Desktop:
- Go to the Expenses tab.
- Select a Current Report.
- To add a new expense go to Add an Expense
a. Choose Expense Type
b. Fill in the details and Apply Changes - To Upload a Receipt/Attachment
a. Go to Receipt Viewer
b. Select Upload a Receipt/Attachment
c. Choose a File (or multiple files) and Attach - Under Attachments in the Receipt Viewer you can:
-View your receipts/attachments by selecting the receipt you want to see
-Delete receipts/attachments by clicking delete
