- To log into DATABASICS application and to start a clock in session.
- Click on the icon to open it
- The system will prompt you to enter your User ID and password (these details should be provided to you by your local administrator at your company, if not reach out to your local support team)
- Enter your user ID and password and click “Login”. If it is the very first time logging into Databasics application, you will be prompted to reset your password and login using the new password.
- Once logged into the application click on the MM/DD/YYYY Clock In
- Provide the required distribution information (default values may be provided depending on the company setup). The time allocation fields may also vary/
- Click on Clock In button on the bottom of the screen to start the clock in session
- If prompted "Allow DATABASICS to use your location", select "Allow Whiie Using App"
- The following pop-up message will appear:
- Click “Ok” to be logged out of the system and to allow next user to login in order to start the clock in session.
