Tagging allows communication to be displayed and logged in a central location within Databasics. This avoids having to use multiple avenues to keep track of communication in regards to timesheets.
How to add a

within the Timesheet:
- Click on Timesheet
- Open up the Timesheet you would like to add the tag message.
- Click on the message icon
- Select a recipient in the To field. You can type in their name or use the search icon.
- By default, the box to Send Email is checked. You may un-check this if you do not want an email to be sent to the recipient. They will see the tag message notification upon logging into the application even if an email is not sent.
- Enter in your message in the Message box.
- In the CC add any additional recipient's you would like to be copied on the email. The additional recipients can be added by typing in the first few characters of the name or just simply typing in the email address(es), this can include external email address as well. Multiple e-mail address can be added comma separated.
- Click on Tag Message SEND to save and sent an email if the option was selected.
- To add a new message click on iconicon.
- Delete messages by clicking the trash icon trash icon.

from outside of a Timesheet:
- Click on Timesheet Select the timesheet you would like to add a tag.
- Click on the Actions Select Tag Timesheet.
- Select a recipient in the To field. You can type in their name or use thesearch icon.
- By default, the box to Send Email is checked. You may un-check this if you do not want an email to be sent to the recipient. They will see the tag message upon logging into the application even if an email is not sent.
- Enter in your message in the Message box.
- Click on Tag Message to save and sent an email if the option was selected.
- To add a new message click on icon.
- To delete messages, click on thetrash icon.

- Select SEND NOTIFICATION.
- Once the Notification pop-up is generated repeat the steps 4-11
