To edit an existing expense report ,Go to My Expenses tab on the menu on the left hand side Image Added on the dashboard of the mobile app.

  1. Select one of Locate the reports report from the list page by selecting a report. Once select the report should be outlined in a yellow.Expenses Options:
    Image Removed.

Editing an existing expense line

  1. Click on the Image RemovedImage Added icon.
  2. This will take you to the expense details page. Make changes as needed and click on Next.on Image Added  or Image Added
  3. If you need to add/remove an attachment you can do so in this next step. Click Done when action is completed.

Editing the Distribution

  1. Click on the Image Removed icon on the expense line.
  2. Click the Image Removed icon to Add additional Press the pie chart icon to open the distribution screen Image Added
  3. Then press  Image Added icon to add additional distribution lines in case the expense lines on this report should be distributed across multiple projects.
  4. If you wish to update the existing distribution Select a line and click theImage Removed icon to Edit an Image Added  icon to edit an existing distribution line.
  5. Select Swipe a line and from right to left then click the Image RemovedImage Added icon to Delete an existing distribution line.Click
  6. on theImage Removed icon Swipe the line from right to left then click the Image Added icon to Copy & Create a new distribution line. 
  7. Swipe the line from right to left then click the Image Added icon to Add the distribution to your Favorites template
  8. Click on the Image Addedicon to Distribute the expense allocation evenly across the existing distribution lines. 
     Note: To be able to see this button make sure to unselect any of the selected line by clicking on it one more time. If a distribution line is highlighted in blue, this indicates that the line is selected.Click on the Image Removedicon to Split Distribution by copying the selected line and split the distribution between the new and the selected lines evenly.lines.
  9. Use the arrows on the top left and right side of the screen to navigate between the pages Image Added

Editing the Cover Page

  1. Click on the Image Removed icon to the sub menu tab to access the report menu options.
    Image RemovedThis menu is available when you already have a report open for edits.

  2. Click on Cover PageClick the icon to Image Removed. Expenses, Attachments or other available options depending on the type of the changes you are trying to make
  3. To edit the report cover page details, select Cover Page, then press the icon to Image Addedto  Edit
  4. First screen will allow you to edit the Purpose and Notes section.
  5. Click on Next

  1. Image Added to save changes. The next screen allows changing the cover page distribution if available. When finished press Done
