Tagging allows communication to be displayed and logged in a central location within Databasics. This avoids having to use multiple avenues to keep track of communication in regards to timesheets. 

How to add a

Notification within the Timesheet:
  1. Click on Timesheet on the top navigation bar and open
  2. Open up the timesheet Timesheet you would like to add a the tag message.
  3. Select the message Image Removed icon
  4. To add a new message click on Image Removed icon. Click on the Image Added message icon
  5. Select a recipient in the To field. You can type in their name or use the search Image RemovedImage Addedicon.
  6. By default, the box to Send Email is checked. You may uncheck un-check this if you do not want an email to be sent to the recipient. They will see the tag message notification upon logging into the application even if an email is not sent. 
  7. Enter in your message in the Message box.Click on Tag Message 
  8. In the CC add any additional recipient's you would like to be copied on the email. The additional recipients can be added by typing in the first few characters of the name or just simply typing in the email address(es), this can include external email address as well. Multiple e-mail address can be added comma separated.
  9. Click on SEND to save and sent an email if the option was selected.

  10. To add a new message click on Image Addedicon. 
  11. Delete messages by clicking the trash icon Image RemovedImage Added trash icon.
  12. Once a tag message/notification has been add, added, a counter beside the message icon will show Image Added, and the icon below will show in the Notice column.

Notification from outside of a Timesheet:
  1. Click on Timesheet on the top navigation bar.Select the timesheet Timesheet you would like to add a tag.
  2. Click on the Actions icon and click on Tag Timesheet.

  3. To add a new message click on Image Removed icon. 
    1. Select a recipient in the To field. You can type in their name or use the search Image Removedicon.
    2. By default, the box to Send Email is checked. You may uncheck this if you do not want an email to be sent to the recipient. They will see the tag message upon logging into the application even if an email is not sent. 
    3. Enter in your message in the Message box.
    4. Click on Tag Message to save and sent an email if the option was selected.

  4. Delete messages by clicking the trash icon Image Removed
  5. Once a tag message has been add, the icon below will show in the Notice column.

  6. Select SEND NOTIFICATION.
