To edit an existing expense report ,Go to Image Added on the dashboard of the mobile app.

  1. Locate the report from the list.
  • Expense report toolbar options:
    Image Added or Image Added to start a new report
  • Image Addedto view a PDF copy of a selected report
  • Image AddedTo filter reports

  • Expense Report Options:
  • Image Addedto edit a selected report
  • Image AddedSwipe from right to the left and press the icon to delete a selected report
  • Image AddedSwipe from right to the left and press the icon add a notification to the report
  • Image AddedSwipe from the right to the left and press the icon to copy the selected report and a create a new report
  • Image AddedSwipe a report from left to the right end press the icon to view a PDF copy of a report
  • Image AddedSwipe a report from left to the right end press the icon to view the audit history of a report

Additionally the following icons are available from the report list page:

Image Added to view attachments

Image AddedTo view the distribution 
Image Added Image Added Image Added Image Added to view validation messages attached to a report

Editing an existing expense line

  1. Click on the Image Added icon.
  2. This will take you to the expense details page. Make changes as needed and click on Image Added  or Image Added
  3. If you need to add/remove an attachment you can do so in this next step. Click Done when action is completed.

Editing the Distribution

  1. Press the pie chart icon to open the distribution screen Image Added
  2. Then press  Image Added icon to add additional distribution lines in case the expense lines on this report should be distributed across multiple projects.
  3. If you wish to update the existing distribution Select a line and click theImage Added  icon to edit an existing distribution line
  4. Swipe a line from right to left then click the Image Added icon to Delete an existing distribution line.
  5. Swipe the line from right to left then click the Image Added icon to Copy & Create a new distribution line. 
  6. Swipe the line from right to left then click the Image Added icon to Add the distribution to your Favorites template
  7. Click on the Image Addedicon to Distribute the expense allocation evenly across the existing distribution lines. 
     Note: To be able to see this button make sure to unselect any of the selected lines.
  8. Use the arrows on the top left and right side of the screen to navigate between the pages Image Added

Editing the Cover Page

  1. Click on the sub menu tab to access the report menu options. This menu is available when you already have a report open for edits.

  2. Click on Cover Page. Expenses, Attachments or other available options depending on the type of the changes you are trying to make
  3. To edit the report cover page details, select Cover Page, then press the icon to Image Addedto  Edit
  4. First screen will allow you to edit the Purpose and Notes section.
  5. Click on Image Added to save changes. The next screen allows changing the cover page distribution if available. When finished press Done
