If you want to assign an ACH account to the vendor

- Select the vendor and click ACH Accounts tab in the tool bar.
- Click on Addthe Add button in the toolbar.
- Fill in the following required fields:
- Effective Date* - Date you would like Enter or select a date using the calendar that the ACH to should start.
- Account NumberNo* - Bank account number.
- Routing NumberNo* - Bank routing number.
- Bank Name* - Name of the bank.
- Account Type* - Select either Saving or Checking
- Notes: - Any notes you want to enter pertaining to the account.
- Active - select Select Yes or No.
- Once the account information is completed click on SaveClick the Save button to save the record.
