The Data Page is the first page in the Ad Hoc Data Wizard. On the Data page, you can select the fields that can appear in the Ad Hoc Editor. You can select whole sets or individual items within a set. The sets of items appear in the list of fields as sets of fields to be included in the table.
- The left-hand list displays the sets of fields in the Domain. Use the controls in the tree to close or expand each set.
- The list on the right-hand side shows you the items you have selected. You can move a field or set back and forth between the lists by dragging the item, double clicking it, or selecting it and clicking an arrow button.
- If you move an individual field out of a set, it appears in a set of the same name. If you do not want sets, use the settings on the Display page.
- You can change Domains on the drop-down list above. Doing so removes all settings and updates the list of fields.
- Some Domains define sets that are not joined. When you select a field from one set, the unjoined sets aren't available.
Once you have selected the fields that you want to use in the report, click on the Next button.
