The DATABASICS Time Setup menu allows administrators to configure DATABASICS Time for their organizational needs. Administrators have the option to set up time reporting periods, time code groups, time codes, and time code assignments.
Due to data dependencies during the initial setup, it will be necessary to setup some data elements prior to others. A recommended method is to setup DATABASICS Time in the following order:
- Reporting Period(s)
- Time Code Group(s)
- Time Codes
These 3 steps are required for setup. Additional options may be configured after the initial set up. These include

- Missing Timesheet Reminders & Reports
