Updates and Fixes as of 06/12/2019 

Admin & Mobile & General 

  • TE-8949 Admin - Missing security role manager access to access Expense Email Messages (Only fixed in 7.3)
  • TE-8938 Mobile - Pixel 2 XL continuous list resize triggered cause by 1 pixel different in list size comparison  (Only fixed in 7.3)
  • TE-8926 Mobile - PIN Registration temporary pin message is displaying NULL for the email message to the user instead of the email address  (Fixed in both 7.2 and 7.3 Mobile)

Expense

  • TE-8944 Mobile - Empty image save if user click close on cropper then continues with image upload process (Fixed in both 7.2 and 7.3 Mobile)
  • TE-8945 Mobile - Receipt EXPRESS is showing white picture when taking a picture and press next before the cropper load  (Fixed in both 7.2 and 7.3 Mobile)
  • TE-8939 Mobile - When adding mileage with google map the country is not defaulted for new address (Fixed in both 7.2 and 7.3 Mobile)

Time

  • TE-8947 Mobile - standard hours is not displaying properly for the approver and proxy, Only Display issue  (Fixed in both 7.2 and 7.3 Mobile)

  • TE-8921 Unable to open a timesheet Only one the condition when user start date is in the middle of the period and started the timesheet with while the system on V6.x and then the system gets upgraded to version 7 and the user tried to complete that timesheet.  (Only fixed in 7.3)
  • TE-8936 Mobile - Request time off from calendar is not validating when we have an exception policy (Fixed in both 7.2 and 7.3 Mobile)
  • TE-8932 When changing the date of the trip Commute mileage is only deducting one way trip even when the employee is traveling from home and back to home. (Only fixed in 7.3)


V7.3 Only

Admin & Mobile & General 

  • Improve admin UI and Navigation
  • Improve Admin printing of expense and timesheets including receipts in the utilities.
  • New Timesheet detail utility: Provides the ability to search at line level of the timesheet for administrators.
  • Improve the Widgets with ability to edit the existing widgets.
  • Mobile - Improved responsive design to better handle device rotation in tablet and mobile modes. 
  • Mobile - Support Tablet Mode to view list and detail on the same screen.

Expense

  • Ability to set Per Diem Rates at the Country, and State level not just the City/Place.
  • Ability to set the Approval Based Amount by Currency. If you set the amount based approval now the amount could be based on a currency  for example USD, EUR etc.  and the system will convert if the currency on the report is different and then it routs to the approval based on the converted amount
  • Improve the ability to import WBS allocation and attendees from Excel file.

Time

  • Time Support to project approval view - Project manager will only see hours that is related to their projects only.

  • Support ½ increments start and time schedules for Clock In/Out and Time In/Out.
